Members Club
At Buuks.co.uk we want to make it cheaper to be a consumer. Members can buy from 200.000 books at cost prices - far below the normal market price. That means you pay the same as we pay the supplier. We've eliminated our profit on each item, and you don't have to pay anything except a monthly membership fee plus the purchase price of what you put in your basket.

You make a purchase at member price on our shop. The membership is then automatically activated.

Yes, you can shop at Buuks.co.uk as a guest and without being a member. Then you simply shop at our normal prices and must remember to select normal price before you put the item in the basket

You can always unsubscribe if you don't need it anymore. However, for technical reasons, this is only possible 24 hours after creation.

The practical
You can cancel your membership whenever you want, there is no obligation. To cancel your membership, log in to our "Customer Center" or contact our customer service by email or phone.

You log in to the "customer center" with the e-mail address you used for your purchase. The first time you log in, use the "Miss your password?" function. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to choose a password with which you can log in (remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive the e-mail).

Your membership is registered to your email address. It is therefore your e-mail address that you must provide when contacting us in connection with your membership.

Your order confirmation is your invoice. We do not offer anything else than this unfortunately, as we are exclusively a website for private persons.

If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot password?" function. You will then receive an email with a link to choose a password with which you can log in. (Remember to check your spam filter if you don't receive the email).

We do not have a physical store, we are an online store only.

Remember to use the email you used for your purchase. If you cannot log in or your email address is unrecognisable, it may be because you used a different email address when you made your purchase from us or there is a spelling error in your email address. Please contact our customer service by email or phone and they will help you.

About buying
Your order is now being processed and will be shipped as soon as possible. The delivery time of your order depends on the products you have ordered. The delivery time of the products is shown on the individual product pages on Buuks.co.uk under 'Delivery time' and all products are shipped together. You will receive an email from Royal Mail with a link to track & trace as soon as your package is shipped.

You will receive an email from Royal Mail with the tracking number as soon as your package is on its way from our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we cannot change or add anything to an order that has already been paid for.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of goods. However, you always have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The package must be sent with delivery at the address. Please note that we do not pick up shipments sent to parcel shops or shipments sent COD. It is advantageous to send the shipment with Track and Trace, as you as the customer are responsible for the return reaching us. The goods must be sent to: Buuks UK PO Box 48 Westham East Sussex BN23 6WB Please note, you cannot physically deliver the package to the address.

We sell all our products at cost price. So you can buy items at a big discount, as long as you are a member.

A full 14-day right of withdrawal is given on most items purchased in our webshop. You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notification must be given by email to [email protected]. In the notification, you must clearly indicate your order number and that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Remember to include a copy of the order confirmation and/or our withdrawal form in the package.

If you have completed your purchase - i.e. pressed approve and entered your payment details - you will receive an email with an order confirmation. If the email does not reach your inbox, there is a chance that it will end up in the spam filter. If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail, an error may have occurred. Send us an e-mail at [email protected] and we will help you find the error or resend the order confirmation.

Only private persons can become a member of Buuks.co.uk and thereby shop at the member price. Business customers, have the opportunity to shop, just at normal price.

In the event that the goods are damaged on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected], for further information on how to proceed. There is a 2 year warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
