Prices & Payment

At Buuks.co.uk we reserve the right to make errors in our prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We reserve the right to sell out.

Buuks.co.uk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in GBP and incl. VAT. Subject to price errors and sold out/out of stock items.

Delivery & Shipping

Buuks.co.uk aims to ship orders placed before 14:00, the following business day, orders then sent the next business day. Except for products that have a longer delivery time see the product page here on Buuks.co.uk.

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail. A delivery may consist of several packages depending on the size of the order. The execution of an order implies the acceptance of the delivery conditions of our partner and carrier ("Royal Mail").

Right to complain

In the event that the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible via our customer service for further information on how to proceed. There is a 2 year right to complaint according to the purchase law. The right to complaint applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. There is no right of complaint for commercial purchases.

Buuks.co.uk will cover the return costs of a complaint in the form of a return label that will be sent to your e-mail address. You must then return your order without undue delay.

Examination fee

In connection with the examination of your product, GL UK ApS (Buuks.co.uk) has the right to charge an examination fee if the defect is not covered by the right of complaint (see above). The amount of the fee depends on the product in question. The investigation fee is GBP 500 or a maximum of the original cost of the product.


In the case of a refund, the agreed amount will be transferred to the credit card you used for the purchase.

Right of withdrawal

GL UK ApS (Buuks.co.uk) provides a right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contract Act as follows:

A 14-day full return policy is offered on most items purchased in our webshop. The period starts from the day:

  • Where you receive the order.
  • Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a contract for several different items, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches.
  • Receives the last lot or last part in physical possession in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
  • The first goods in physical possession, in the case of regular deliveries of goods over a certain period.


Return costs are your responsibility. The parcel must be sent with the delivery to the address. Please note that we do not pick up shipments sent to parcel shops or shipments sent COD. For your own safety, it is advantageous to send the shipment with Track and Trace, as you as the customer are responsible for the return reaching us.

You must return your order without undue delay and within 14 days of giving notice that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notice must be given by email to [email protected]. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must include a copy of the order confirmation and/or our cancellation form in the package. Click here to download the withdrawal form. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to take delivery of the goods without giving clear notice. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of goods on return

When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we receive them back. When ordering all products, the original packaging is part of the value of the item. Therefore, it must always be returned with the goods.

You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store. If the item is tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.


If you cancel your purchase, we will of course refund the amount you have paid to us. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price. When using the right of withdrawal, within 14 days from the date of purchase, all payments including membership fees will be refunded. In case of cancellation after 14 days from the date of purchase, all payments will be refunded excluding the membership fee, as there is only a 14 day right of cancellation on membership.

The delivery costs of the order will also be refunded (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, or 14 days from the date we receive proof that the goods have been returned. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return by then.

When you register with Buuks.co.uk, you declare that you are over 18 years old. If you are under 18, the registration and subscription must be signed by a parent/guardian. A contract can always be easily terminated by a parent/guardian if it is signed by a child or a person under 18.
