Acceptance of membership conditions
When you accept the applicable membership terms on Buuks.co.uk, you agree that Buuks.co.uk may deduct the amount stated periodically until you choose to terminate your membership. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with your first purchase, which containing information about your subscription. Termination of membership
You can cancel your membership at any time. There is no obligation after the first month. If you refuse to receive ordered goods, or do not pick up your goods before the returned to Buuks.co.uk, this will not be equated with a termination of membership. If you cancel your membership, you will still have access to your membership for the remaining time. After one membership is cancelled, no further charges will be made to your account, unless you choose to reactivate your membership.

From the moment you order the first product at the member price, and thereby membership at Buuks.co.uk, you are obliged as a cardholder to pay the full amount each month until the membership is terminated.
Right of withdrawal
Your membership purchase is subject to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, which runs from the time you create your membership. As you have a subscription contract, the right of withdrawal only applies to the conclusion of the contract and not at the time of the ongoing payment. Fair use
Buuks.co.uk reserves the right to close access to the membership and cancel any open orders that are contrary to the applicable membership terms and conditions, if there is reason to believe that the membership is being abused or is otherwise contrary to fair use. A membership may be closed as a result of "unfair use". It is considered considered "unfair use" if a member attempts to circumvent the maximum purchase placing multiple orders for the same item within 7 consecutive days.
